Hello, I’m Melissa, I’m an anxiety sufferer from Vancouver, Canada.
I started The Anxious Canadian in 2016 as a way to open up about my life as an agoraphobic and to share products that I love to use. My goal is for my posts to bring dialogue about mental health.
Before anxiety got in the way, I held various positions in the retail field. However, due to the nature of my condition, I now work from home as a full-time blogger.
When I’m not blogging, I am usually browsing the internet for new teas to try, or I’m playing with my three dogs.
